CEDEPAL drives the success of ITAM MBAs

Students and alumni of the MBA program at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) participated in the workshop "The Art of Networking: Creating Business Opportunities," organized by the Professional Development Center (CEDEPAL) of the Institute.

Held on Saturday, August 3, at the Maestrías campus (Santa Teresa), the event, led by Daniela Camberos, allowed attendees to learn effective techniques for starting conversations, cultivating genuine relationships, and making the most out of each interaction.

During the workshop, participants identified collaboration opportunities and strategies to expand their networks, thereby enhancing their leadership skills and professional profiles.

CEDEPAL continues to be a cornerstone for MBA students and alumni, offering a wide range of workshops, events, and conferences designed to develop leadership skills and strengthen the professional profiles of the MBA-ITAM community from the start of the program and beyond graduation.

About Daniela Camberos: Daniela Camberos is an Organizational Psychologist from the European University of Madrid, with master's degrees in Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey and in Strategic Human Capital Management from Anáhuac University. She also holds a leadership specialty from the University of Cambridge.

She is recognized for her pioneering role in integrating advanced technology into recruitment and talent development through digital platforms and gamification. Previously, she was Head of People at the British digital bank Revolut and has shaped organizational cultures at companies such as Stori Card and DD360, specializing in innovation strategies and the digitalization of human resources.

Daniela Camberos is also an active member of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre at the University of Cambridge, where she contributes to advancing female leadership. Internationally, she was nominated as Chief People Officer of the Year by the Women Tech Network.
